Jeff Solberg is a foster parent, Child and Youth Care Counsellor, licensed TBRI® Practitioner, and trauma-informed trainer with more than 20 years of lived experience caring for children and youth affected by trauma. His training is grounded in Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®), a relationship-based approach that helps caregivers and professionals build connection, understanding, and resilience in the lives of children and youth.

For more than two decades, Jeff has walked alongside children and families both personally and professionally, combining foster parenting experience with years of frontline work supporting caregivers and communities. Having worked directly with hundreds of families, developed an Intensive Support Services program, and collaborated with schools and community partners to support children and youth, Jeff brings practical, real-world experience to every training session.

Drawing on both professional expertise and lived experience, Jeff provides practical, engaging training that helps caregivers, educators, and helping professionals build the understanding, confidence, and skills needed to create safe, connected relationships where children can thrive.
